Victor chen, director, china office

Victor leads NGRC initiatives in China.  He was born and educated in China, and is a bilingual expert on China business, media, and government relations.  He maintains extensive family and professional relationships with senior Chinese political and business leaders that allow NGRC clients to achieve large-scale business goals in China.

 

andrew kerr, director, state public affairs

Andrew is a director at SMG. He currently oversees a number of initiatives including a non-partisan coalition promoting the values of Texas-based businesses as well as a national organization providing advisory support for efforts advancing self-governance and civic engagement. Andrew implements solutions for high-impact, purpose driven clients. His background includes political, public administration, non-profit, and private sector experience. Andrew earned an MBA from the University of Oxford and graduated from Southwestern University.

 

Bill dulbow, director, congressional affairs

Bill leads the NGRC congressional public affairs division. He was a senior aide to a former Republican Majority Leader in the U.S. House of Representatives until 2016.

 

john mcgovern, legal counsel

John represents NGRC clients before Congress and  Executive agencies.  He also provides legal counsel to U.S. and European companies interested in forming joint ventures for US and international markets.

 

Anne segAl, market research

Anne leads NGRC consumer and voter research. She operates the non-profit Center for the New American Frontier, and is an expert on consumer and voter “values laddering” and behavioral event modeling.

 

michael searle, director, political affairs

Michael leads the NGRC political affairs division, which serves political candidates and campaigns. He serves as Executive Director of the Austin Civic Fund, a non-profit organization that identifies innovators in Austin, TX, and helps fund their market-based solutions to inner-city challenges. He serves on the boards of the Austin Independent Business Alliance and Just Liberty. Michael is a graduate of Southern Oregon University.

 

Jane liang yang, Assistant director, China office

Jane helps direct NGRC engagements in China.
